Diversity

In 2022, we underwent a critical analysis on the topic of diversity, which was carried out by students on the Disability & Diversity Studies programme at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. The programme focuses on the diversity of employees and their equal inclusion in the company. Such academic collaborations help us to evaluate theoretical findings in practice and to critically analyse ourselves as an employer.

We are very pleased that 439 employees from over 30 nations work together in our team.

38% of management positions are held by women and the average length of service is 11.4 years.


Organisational learning

Demographic change is also having a serious impact on occupational health management. To counteract this development, we launched the "Twins Programme". With this programme, we ensure that experienced employees pass on their knowledge to young and new employees. In doing so, we not only promote organisational learning and retain existing knowledge within the company, but also create an efficient replacement concept.

Whistleblowing system

As a company with over 250 employees, we are legally obliged by an EU directive to set up internal reporting centres that enable employees to report grievances and violations securely and anonymously. To this end, we have installed specially designated mailboxes in the company and also offer a personal point of contact in the form of our compliance team.
