Diversity
In 2022, we participated in a diversity assessment conducted by students from the Disability & Diversity Studies program at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. The program focuses on workplace diversity and the equal inclusion of employees within organizations. Collaborations with academic institutions like this help us better understand key findings and reflect on our role as an employer.
Our team consists of 360 employees representing more than 30 nationalities.
Today, 38% of management positions are held by women, and the average length of service at Weinrich is 12 years.

Whistleblowing system
As a company with over 250 employees, we are legally obliged by an EU directive to set up internal reporting centres that enable employees to report grievances and violations securely and anonymously. To this end, we have installed specially designated mailboxes in the company and also offer a personal point of contact in the form of our compliance team.
