In a lively panel discussion with experienced experts such as Clifford Owen from Sunrock, Jerome Cochet from goodcarbon and Brigitte Prof. Dr Spieß from the International School of Management, Germany, important questions about transformation and value creation with impact were discussed: How can we act economically in harmony with social and environmental responsibility?

The dialogue with various start-ups produced exciting solutions: from the use of software for the traceability of raw materials to motivating the team to act in a socio-ecological way. 

In our chocolate factory, it is particularly important to us to organise our core business sustainably and to take all employees along with us on this journey. For medium-sized companies like us, such impulses and impressions are invaluable for generating fresh ideas and advancing our sustainability goals. We remain committed and inspired to further develop our corporate culture and shape a sustainable future.
