The two basic prerequisites for the success of a good chocolate creation are a team of highly motivated, qualified employees and the exclusive use of the finest ingredients. This is the leitmotif Weinrichs have been following for more than a century with great success.
All stages of work necessary for the production of fine chocolate are handled directly at the Weinrich´s. This applies, for example, to the roasting and grinding of cocoa beans. Starting with the blending of the ingredients, via conching, up to the packaging of the final product – all stages of work are thoroughly supervised by our employees.
All the ingredients, for example cocoa beans, nuts, almonds, or milk powder, are subject to strict quality controls by our food analysts.
