Today, there are only very few manufacturers who still can produce soft filled chocolates. They are more difficult and complicated to produce than the simple moulding of solid chocolate bars. Furthermore, soft centred chocolates are not as long durable.

We have met this challenge and developed products that are real treats on the huge chocolate market because of their unusual recipes and their legendary tastes.

Yet, for us there are no limits to the composition of fillings, and our maîtres take great pleasure in always trying out new flavours.
